Main Features

Ultra-precise 0.01μm micro glass fiber media

Multi-layer borosilicate microfiber coalescing material captures micro oil mist, fine dust and water aerosols. Oil removal efficiency reaches 99.99%, residual oil of outlet compressed air ≤0.01ppm. Built-in hydrophobic drainage layer quickly drains condensed liquid and prevents secondary atomization.

Reinforced anti-deformation fully sealed structure

Integrated anti-corrosion plastic threaded end cap with built-in EPDM sealing ring to avoid air bypass leakage. Internal metal support frame holds filter media firmly against continuous airflow impact. Operating temperature range: 1–80°C, maximum working pressure 16 bar.

Low pressure drop & long service cycle

Optimized deep pleated structure expands total filtration area to maintain low initial differential pressure and save compressor power consumption. Standard service life: 3000–6000 working hours. Replace the filter element when differential pressure reaches 0.05MPa.
