Working Principle
Pre-filtered compressed air carrying submicron oil aerosol and fine dust flows from outside to inside through filter media.
Coarse liquid droplets and large particles are trapped by outer pre-layer and drain downwards to filter bowl.
0.01μm ultra-fine oil mist collides with glass fiber media, coalesces into large liquid oil droplets and flows down for drainage.
Ultra-dry, oil-free clean compressed air exits from central core to downstream equipment.
Filter media cannot be cleaned or regenerated; once saturated by oil contaminants, full replacement is required.
