Working Principle
Hydraulic oil mixed with metal wear debris, sand and dust enters filter element from outer mesh side via tank suction port.
10μm and above solid particles are intercepted by multi-layer folded glass fiber media, impurities stay on filter media surface.
Clean hydraulic oil flows through inner core to hydraulic pump suction inlet, providing clean oil for hydraulic system.
Filter element cannot be cleaned and reused. After media is blocked by impurities, differential pressure rises sharply and pump cavitation noise occurs, full replacement is required.
