Working Principle
Compressed air carrying micro oil aerosol and fine dust flows from outside to inside through filter media.
Large droplets and coarse particles are intercepted by outer pre-filter layer and drain down to filter bowl.
0.01μm ultra-fine oil mist collides with glass fiber media, coalesces into large liquid oil droplets and drains downward.
Ultra-clean compressed air with residual oil ≤0.01ppm flows out from central core to downstream equipment.
Filter media cannot be cleaned or regenerated; once saturated by oil sludge and dust, full replacement is required.
