Fully epoxy-sealed end caps with built-in double O-rings block short-circuit unfiltered airflow, ensuring all compressed air passes through activated carbon for complete vapor removal.
Working Principle
Pre-treated compressed air (processed by DD and PD filters) flows from outside to inside through the glass fiber pre-layer.
Trace residual liquid oil droplets and micro solid dust are captured by the outer coalescing media and drain down to the filter bowl by gravity.
Liquid-free clean air enters the activated carbon core; oil vapor, hydrocarbon gas and odor molecules are physically adsorbed into carbon micropores.
Odorless, ultra-dry Class 1 clean compressed air is delivered to terminal production equipment.
Activated carbon will reach adsorption saturation after long-term use. This filter element cannot be cleaned or regenerated and must be fully replaced once saturated.
