Dual-layer composite adsorption media

Front 0.01μm hydrophobic borosilicate microfiber interception layer traps residual micro oil mist, fine dust and water droplets to protect the internal carbon bed. The high-capacity activated carbon fiber core fully adsorbs gaseous oil vapor, hydrocarbon organic substances and peculiar odors that cannot be removed by coalescing filters. Internal anti-carbon-dust barrier prevents carbon powder from entering downstream pneumatic pipelines.

Compact fully sealed metal cartridge structure

Integrated stainless steel upper and lower end caps with one-piece matched sealing gasket. Zero air bypass leakage after installation. Internal reinforced support cage stabilizes composite media against long-term airflow deformation, with excellent resistance to compressor lubricant, condensate and weak industrial chemical corrosion. Standard size perfectly fits original AMF450C filter bowl.

Low pressure drop energy-saving radial flow design

Uniform folded pre-filter layer and evenly distributed carbon fiber maximize effective adsorption area, maintaining ultra-low initial pressure loss during continuous operation. It effectively reduces long-term power consumption of air compressors and avoids sharp pressure surge after thousands of working hours.
