Key Product Advantages
Primary Airend Protection to Extend Compressor Service Life
Blocks external dust, industrial ash, metal shavings and sand from entering the screw rotor chamber. Prevents abrasive particle scratch wear on rotors, bearings and oil seals, slows lubricant oil aging, and extends service life of oil filter and air-oil separator core.
Low Initial Intake Pressure Drop for Energy Saving
Uniform deep pleated filter paper expands effective dust holding area and smooth air intake channels. Maintains stable low air resistance during long-term operation, avoiding increased motor load and extra power consumption caused by clogged air filter.
Large Dust Storage Capacity & Long Maintenance Cycle
Gradient depth pulp matrix holds massive dust contaminants, resists rapid clogging in dusty workshop environments, effectively reduces frequent shutdown maintenance frequency.
Integrated PU Sealing Structure for Zero Air Leakage
One-piece molded polyurethane end caps fit tightly with compressor air filter housing, prevents unfiltered raw air bypass into the machine to avoid secondary component abrasion. Internal metal support mesh stops filter paper deformation under negative intake pressure.
Working Principle
Ambient air is drawn into the compressor by fan negative pressure, flows radially through the outer filter paper layer from outside to inside. All solid dust particles are intercepted and retained on the filter paper surface. Clean dry air flows into the airend rotor chamber for compression; dust contaminants are trapped inside the filter element.
Application & Industries
Core wearing intake spare part installed on the air inlet housing of small-power CompAir/Gardner Denver screw air compressors.
