Product Description

Conventional PD grade filters can only control residual oil above 0.01 ppm, while this UD superfine filter further intercepts ultra-fine oil aerosols that penetrate PD filter, lowering outlet liquid residual oil to 0.001 ppm. It provides ultra-pure compressed air meeting Class 0 ultra-high standard of ISO 8573-1, and greatly extend the service life of downstream activated carbon filter for high-cleanliness processes.
