Outer hydrophobic foam sleeve blocks separated liquid water and oil from re-entering airflow, greatly improving gas-liquid separation efficiency; high liquid-holding glass fiber media stably intercept trace oil mist to maintain ultra-low residual liquid oil ≤0.003 ppm, meeting ISO 8573-1 high purity air standard.

Deep-pleated low-resistance cartridge design keeps stable low pressure drop throughout full service cycle, effectively cutting long-term power consumption of air compressors.

Epoxy sealed composite end caps + anti-corrosion plastic inner support frame, excellent shock resistance; filter media will not deform under long-term continuous medium airflow impact.

Integrated double EPDM rubber top O-ring sealing structure, resistant to high temperature, synthetic compressor lubricant oil and aging, completely eliminate pipeline air leakage risks.

Every cartridge passes strict factory tests including bubble point test, liquid separation efficiency and differential pressure cycling to guarantee stable precision oil removal performance.

It thoroughly eliminates micro liquid oil mist, free water and fine solid particles that cannot be fully trapped by front coarse filter. It controls outlet liquid residual oil below 0.003 ppm to provide ultra-clean compressed air for precision coating, electronics and pharmaceutical processes. Meanwhile, it lowers the pollution burden of downstream activated carbon filter, extends its service life and reduces overall air system maintenance cost.
