Dual-stage composite filtration structure: The front glass fiber layer intercepts residual liquid oil mist and fine dust; the rear high-specific-surface-area activated carbon deeply adsorbs trace oil vapor and odors, producing odor-free zero-oil compressed air that meets strict food & medical standards.

Deep-pleated low-resistance cartridge design maintains stable low pressure drop throughout the full service cycle, effectively reducing long-term power consumption of air compressors.

Epoxy sealed composite end caps + corrosion-resistant plastic inner support frame, excellent shock resistance; filter media will not deform under long-term continuous medium airflow impact.

Integrated double EPDM rubber top O-ring sealing structure, resistant to high temperature, synthetic compressor oil and aging, completely eliminate pipeline air leakage risks.

Physical coalescing filters can only remove liquid oil mist, while this QD activated carbon cartridge captures gaseous oil vapor that cannot be separated by liquid filtration. It prevents paint film pinholes, workpiece surface yellowing, precision instrument corrosion and finished product odor contamination, fully satisfying high-standard sterile, food-contact and high-gloss coating production requirements. It also reduces the adsorption load of activated carbon and extends its service life.
