Working Principle
High-temperature high-pressure oil-gas mixture discharged from the screw rotor penetrates the glass fiber filter medium from outside to inside of the separator core. Submicron oil mist particles collide and aggregate into large liquid oil droplets on the fiber surface. Oil sinks to the bottom of the separator by gravity and flows back to the compressor lubricating oil tank through the central oil return pipe; low-oil clean compressed air flows out to refrigerated dryer and pipeline precision filter system.
