Multi-gradient multi-stage borosilicate microglass coalescing structure captures 99.9999% of 0.01μm micro oil aerosols, stably controlling outlet residual liquid oil below 0.001 ppm; outer hydrophobic foam drainage layer automatically drains separated water and oil to avoid secondary air re-entrainment, maintaining consistent ultra-high filtration efficiency throughout service life.

Compact deep-pleated low-resistance media design keeps stable low pressure drop even at continuous medium airflow, effectively cutting extra power consumption of small air compressors.

Rigid full urethane sealed end caps with anti-corrosion plastic inner support cage, excellent anti-vibration performance; filter media will not collapse under long-term continuous airflow impact.

Product Description

Compared with Grade 4 / Grade 6 standard coalescing filters, this CU10 ultra-precision grade further intercepts penetrating micro oil aerosols that cannot be trapped by medium coalescers, lowering outlet liquid residual oil to 0.001 ppm. It provides ultra-clean compressed air for small-space high-demand precision manufacturing processes, and greatly extends the service life of downstream high-precision QU filter to reduce overall air system maintenance cost.
