Compact deep-pleated low-resistance media design keeps stable low pressure drop throughout full service cycle, effectively cutting extra power consumption of small air compressors.

Rigid full urethane sealed end caps + corrosion-resistant plastic inner retainer cage, excellent anti-vibration performance; filter media will not collapse under continuous low-medium airflow impact.

Product Description

Conventional medium-grade coalescing filters only control residual oil above 0.02 ppm, while this CU6 ultra-precision compact filter further intercepts penetrating micro oil aerosols, lowering outlet liquid residual oil to 0.008 ppm. It provides ultra-clean compressed air for small-space high-demand precision manufacturing processes, and greatly extends the service life of downstream high-precision QU filter to reduce overall air system maintenance cost.
