Working Principle
High-temperature high-pressure oil-gas mixture discharged from screw airend penetrates the glass fiber medium from outside to inside of separator core. Submicron oil mist particles collide and aggregate into large liquid oil droplets on fiber surface. Oil sinks to the bottom of separator by gravity and flows back to compressor lubricant tank via central return pipe; low-oil clean compressed air flows out to post-processing precision filter system.
