Working Principle
Oil-gas mixture discharged from vacuum pump flows from outside to inside through the composite coalescing filter layer. Tiny submicron oil mist particles are captured and aggregated into large liquid oil droplets, which flow back to the vacuum pump lubrication tank by gravity. Clean oil-free exhaust gas is discharged to the atmosphere without oil contamination.
