Working Principle
Oil-gas mixture exhausted from vacuum pump flows through the composite coalescing filter layer. Submicron oil mist particles are captured and aggregated into large liquid oil droplets, which flow back to the vacuum pump lubricating tank by gravity. Clean oil-free exhaust gas is discharged to the atmosphere without oil contamination.
