High-efficiency Air-Oil Coalescing Separation

Special gradient glass fiber medium fully captures submicron oil mist mixed in compressed air. Tiny oil droplets collide and aggregate into large liquid oil, which flows back to the oil tank by gravity. It effectively reduces oil carryover rate, cuts compressor lubricant consumption and avoids oil contamination of downstream pipeline and terminal equipment.

Inner and outer perforated metal cages resist high-speed airflow impact, prevent filter media collapse, deformation and fiber shedding, and avoid secondary air pollution inside the compressor system.

High-temperature Sealing Flange Gasket

Heat-resistant composite flange gasket provides tight sealing after flange bolt fastening. Zero oil-air leakage under long-time temperature and pressure fluctuation, stable separation performance without attenuation.

Working Principle

High-temperature oil-gas mixture discharged from the screw airend enters the separator tank and flows through the outer layer of the oil separator element. Submicron oil mist aerosol is intercepted and coalesced by gradient glass fiber media, aggregated into heavy liquid oil, which drips back to the bottom of the tank for circulating lubrication. Clean low-oil compressed air flows out from the central channel to the post-processing air pipeline.
