Built-in independent oil return channel, stable low oil carryover performance
Coalesced liquid oil flows back to oil tank through internal central tube, avoids secondary re-entrainment of oil mist caused by high-speed airflow, keeps exhaust residual oil below 3 ppm long-term, reduces compressor oil consumption significantly.
Vibration-resistant spin-on structure, suitable for outdoor mobile equipment
Thickened metal thread base and fully welded inner/outer cage structure, adapts to bumping and vibration during construction site transportation and operation, prevents media deformation and oil leakage failure.
Working Principle
Mixed high-temperature oil-air gas from compressor host enters the outer perforated cage of spin-on separator, large oil droplets are intercepted and initially settled on the outer drainage fleece.
Remaining 0.1μm submicron oil mist penetrates multi-layer gradient glass fiber media; tiny oil particles collide, aggregate and coalesce into continuous liquid oil film.
Coalesced lubricant flows downward along the inner central oil return tube and returns to the bottom oil storage tank for circulation reuse.
Clean compressed air with residual oil ≤3 ppm flows out from the top air outlet to post-processing filter, dryer and production pneumatic equipment.
The element cannot be cleaned or reused. After media is saturated with sludge and dust, differential pressure surges and separation efficiency fails, must replace the whole spin-on cartridge.
