2911001900 air oil separator filter is designed to filter the oil-containing compressed air generated by the compressor airend. The specific process includes:

The compressed air first enters the cooler for preliminary treatment. Then, after mechanical separation, the oil-containing compressed air enters the air oil separator filter. Inside the filter, the oil mist in the gas is intercepted and polymerized, forming larger oil droplets. These oil droplets concentrate at the bottom of the filter element and are returned to the lubrication system of the compressor via scavenge pipe. Ultimately, the compressor discharges cleaner, higher-quality compressed air.
