Deep pleated composite fiber integrated with outer hydrophobic drainage foam layer. As the primary purification stage, it intercepts pipeline rust, scale, coarse dust, bulk condensed water and large atomized oil droplets after the water separator. Aggregated liquid oil and water drain downwards by gravity to eliminate secondary mist re‑entrainment into airflow.
Anti‑corrosion fully sealed cartridge structure
316 stainless steel inner support tube, perforated outer protective mesh, glass‑filled nylon integrated twist‑lock end caps with built‑in NBR nitrile sealing gasket. Inner and outer surfaces adopt Alocrom anti‑rust treatment and epoxy coating, excellent resistance to compressor lubricant, condensed water and mild industrial chemical corrosion, zero air bypass leakage after installation.
