Key Product Features
High-efficiency coalescing separation performance
Gradient micro-glass fiber medium captures tiny oil mist particles and aggregates them into large liquid oil droplets, which flow back to the lubricating tank via oil return pipe, effectively reducing compressor oil consumption.
Low pressure drop energy-saving design
Large pleated filtration area ensures smooth airflow, maintains stable low differential pressure during long-term continuous operation, and cuts down air compressor power consumption.
High oil & dirt holding capacity
Multi-layer depth filter structure can store massive separated lubricant, extend maintenance cycle and reduce replacement frequency.
Full stainless steel perforated inner support cage
Effectively prevent filter layer collapse, deformation and damage under long-term high-temperature & high-flow operating conditions.
High temperature & oxidation resistance
All filter media and metal components resist aging and corrosion in long-term oil-gas mixed high-temperature environment.
Working Principle
Oil-gas mixture discharged from screw compressor enters the separator tank. Large oil droplets are separated by centrifugal gravity first; residual micro oil mist penetrates the glass fiber coalescing layer and is trapped, then condensed into liquid oil to flow back to the lubrication system. Clean compressed air flows out for post-processing purification.
Application & Industries
Widely applied in machinery manufacturing, mining, textile, packaging, metal spraying, food & pharmaceutical, chemical plant and general pneumatic equipment production lines.
