Working Principle
Mixed air-oil mixture flows from outside to inside through the separator cartridge:
Large oil droplets collide and coalesce on the outer coarse fiber layer, flow down to the tank bottom by gravity;
Invisible micro submicron oil mist is captured and condensed into large liquid droplets via multi-layer gradient glass fiber media;
Separated clean oil flows back to compressor lubrication system through central oil return tube;
Low-oil clean compressed air flows out from the inner core to the post-treatment filtration pipeline.
