Working Principle
High-temperature oil-air mixed gas discharged from screw head enters the separator element from outside to inside;
Large oil droplets are intercepted by the outer metal protective mesh and flow back by gravity;
Submicron oil mist collides and coalesces into large liquid droplets through multi-layer gradient glass fiber media;
Coalesced oil flows down along the filter layer to the bottom reflux port and returns to the compressor oil tank for cyclic lubrication;
Ultra-low-oil dry compressed air flows out from the inner core and is delivered to post-processing filter equipment.
