Model : 6.3535.0
Type : Oil Separators Filters
Replacement for : 6.3535.0
It adopts high-efficiency gradient glass fiber coalescing separation technology to intercept micron-level lubricant oil aerosol in medium-flow compressed air. Separated lubricant flows back to compressor main unit via bottom central gravity oil return tube for recycling, greatly cut lubricating oil
Part numbers marked "replacement" are not affiliated with the original manufacture.

Auto parts processing, general machinery manufacturing, medium injection molding workshops, factory central compressed air stations, mining auxiliary air supply, food & pharmaceutical medium-scale production lines
Product Features
Multi-gradient high-density glass fiber media with sufficient oil mist storage capacity, anti-saturation under medium continuous loads, stably controls residual oil ≤3 ppm through full service cycle.
Moderate height deep-pleated low-resistance cylinder, slow differential pressure rising during long full-load operation, effectively reduce power consumption of 90–132kW main unit.
Double-layer perforated galvanized anti-static inner & outer support cages, anti-corrosion & anti-pressure surge; filter media will not deform or collapse under rated airflow, eliminate static ignition risk of oil mist.
Product Description
It adopts high-efficiency gradient glass fiber coalescing separation technology to intercept micron-level lubricant oil aerosol in medium-flow compressed air. Separated lubricant flows back to compressor main unit via bottom central gravity oil return tube for recycling, greatly cut lubricating oil consumption and extend overall machine maintenance interval.
It fully protects downstream refrigerated dryers, adsorption dryers, precision pneumatic valves and spraying equipment, lower breakdown frequency and maintenance cost of air post-processing purification system.
