Product Features

Multi-gradient high-density micro glass fiber media with ultra-large oil mist holding capacity, resisting oil saturation under long-term heavy-load continuous operation and maintaining stable separation efficiency throughout full service cycle.

Double-layer fully perforated galvanized anti-static inner & outer support cages, anti-corrosion and pressure-shock resistant; anti-static design eliminates static ignition risks in oil mist environment, filter media will not collapse under long full-load running.High-temperature nitrile gasket provides stable sealing under frequent start-stop and drastic temperature changes, effectively prevent oil bypass and excessive oil carryover in compressed air.

Product Description

It adopts high-efficiency gradient glass fiber coalescing technology to capture micron-scale lubricant aerosol mixed in compressed air, limiting outlet residual oil content below 3 ppm. Separated lubricant flows back to the compressor main unit via central scavenge tube for recycling, greatly lowering lube oil consumption and extending compressor maintenance cycle.

It provides comprehensive protection for downstream refrigerated dryers, adsorption dryers, precision pneumatic components, laser cutting equipment and long-distance air pipelines, reducing maintenance cost of post-processing purification equipment.
