Product Features

Multi-gradient high-density glass fiber filter media with ultra-large oil mist holding capacity. It resists oil saturation under long-term heavy continuous loads and maintains stable ultra-low residual oil output throughout the full service cycle.

Extra-long cylindrical low-resistance structure with ultra-low initial pressure drop. Differential pressure rises slowly during full-cycle operation to effectively reduce power consumption of large-flow heavy-duty screw hosts.

Double-layer fully perforated galvanized anti-static inner & outer support cages, anti-corrosion and resistant to pressure surges. It eliminates static ignition risks in oil mist environments, and filter media will not deform or collapse under long full-load operation.

Supporting high-temperature nitrile gaskets maintain tight sealing under frequent start-stop and sharp temperature changes, effectively preventing oil bypass and excessive residual oil in compressed air.Every separator is fully tested for coalescing efficiency, burst pressure and airflow differential pressure before delivery to guarantee consistent stable mass production performance.

Product Description

It adopts high-efficiency gradient glass fiber coalescing separation technology to capture micron-scale lubricant aerosol mixed in large-flow compressed air, limiting outlet residual oil content below 3 ppm. Separated lubricant flows back to the compressor main unit via the built-in central oil return pipe for recycling, greatly cutting lubricating oil consumption and extending the overall machine maintenance interval.

It provides comprehensive protection for downstream large refrigerated dryers, adsorption dryers, heavy-duty precision pneumatic components and long-distance construction air pipelines, lowering maintenance expenses of post-processing purification equipment.
