Lubricant Filtration Working Principle
High-temperature lubricant discharged from compressor oil tank flows into filter outer layer from side inlet of spin-on housing.
Solid impurities such as metal chips, carbon sludge and dust are trapped on multi-layer filter paper surface; clean lubricant penetrates media and flows inward to central outlet core.
Purified clean oil circulates back to main rotor, bearings and gearbox for cooling and lubrication.
The filter cannot be cleaned or regenerated on-site. Once saturated with solid contaminants, differential pressure surges and filtration efficiency fails, requiring complete cartridge replacement.
