Lubricant Filtration Working Principle
Hot lubricating oil discharged from compressor oil tank flows into the outer layer of filter paper from the side inlet of the spin-on housing.
Solid impurities such as metal chips, carbon deposits and dust are trapped on the surface of multi-layer filter paper; clean oil penetrates media and flows inward to central outlet core.
Purified clean lubricant flows back to main rotor, bearings and gearbox for circulation cooling and lubrication.
After long-term operation, filter paper is saturated with solid sludge, differential pressure increases continuously. Once pressure reaches 0.03 MPa, internal bypass valve opens for emergency oil supply; filter cannot be cleaned and must be fully replaced.
