Double-layer thickened galvanized perforated anti-static inner and outer support mesh, anti-corrosion and anti-pressure impact; filter media will not collapse and deform under full air flow, eliminating static ignition risk of oil mist.
Fluorine rubber gasket features high temperature resistance and anti-aging performance, stable sealing under frequent start-stop and temperature changes, avoiding oil bypass and high oil carry-over failures.

The separated lubricating oil flows back to the compressor host through the central gravity oil return pipe at the bottom for recycling, greatly reducing oil adding frequency and extending the overall machine maintenance cycle.
It fully protects downstream refrigerated dryers, adsorption dryers, precision pneumatic valves and spraying equipment, lowering failure rate and maintenance cost of air post-processing purification system. The complete supporting fluorine rubber sealing set ensures zero leakage after one-time replacement.
