Working Principle
High-temperature high-pressure oil-gas mixture discharged from the screw airend penetrates the glass fiber media from outside to inside. 0.01μm oil mist particles collide and agglomerate into large liquid droplets on fiber surfaces. Oil droplets sink to the separator bottom by gravity and flow back to the lube oil tank through the central return pipe. Degreased clean compressed air is delivered to refrigerated air dryers and inline precision filter systems.
