Multi-gradient high-density glass fiber filter media with stable oil mist holding capacity. It resists oil saturation under long-term light & medium continuous loads and maintains ultra-low residual oil output throughout the full service cycle.
Reinforced galvanized steel shell with full-perforated anti-static inner support mesh, anti-corrosion and shock-resistant. It eliminates static ignition risks inside oil mist environment, filter media will not deform or collapse under long full-load running.
Integrated nitrile rubber gasket provides leak-free sealing under frequent start-stop and temperature fluctuation, avoiding oil bypass and excessive oil carry-over into clean compressed air.
Each separator is fully tested for coalescing efficiency, burst pressure and airflow pressure drop before shipment to guarantee consistent stable performance.
