Double-layer thickened galvanized perforated anti-static inner & outer support cages, anti-corrosion and anti-pressure impact; filter media will not deform or collapse under maximum airflow, eliminate static ignition risk of oil mist.Wear-resistant nitrile rubber gasket features excellent high temperature resistance & anti-aging performance, reliable sealing under frequent startup/shutdown and temperature fluctuation, prevent air-oil bypass and excessive oil carry-over faults.

Product Description

It adopts high-efficiency gradient glass fiber coalescing separation technology to capture micron-scale lubricating oil aerosol in medium-flow compressed air. Separated lubricant flows back to the compressor main unit via central bottom gravity oil return tube for circulation reuse, greatly reduce oil refilling frequency and extend overall machine maintenance interval.

It fully protects downstream refrigerated dryers, adsorption dryers, precision pneumatic valves and industrial spraying equipment, lower breakdown frequency and maintenance cost of air post-processing purification system.
