Product Features
Multi-gradient high-density glass fiber media with large oil mist storage capacity, anti-saturation under long-term continuous medium loads, stably maintain residual oil ≤3 ppm throughout full service cycle.
Deeply pleated low-resistance vertical cylinder design, slow differential pressure rise under long full-load continuous operation, effectively reduce power consumption of 75–100kW main unit.
Double-layer thickened galvanized perforated anti-static inner & outer support cages, anti-corrosion and anti-pressure impact; filter media will not deform or collapse under maximum airflow, eliminate static ignition risk of oil mist.
Fluorine rubber double sealing rings feature excellent high temperature resistance & anti-aging performance, zero leakage under frequent startup/shutdown and temperature fluctuation, prevent air-oil bypass and excessive oil carry-over faults.
Product Description
It adopts high-efficiency gradient glass fiber coalescing separation technology to capture micron-scale lubricating oil aerosol in medium-large-flow compressed air. Separated lubricant flows back to the compressor main unit via central bottom gravity oil return port for circulation reuse, greatly reduce oil refilling frequency and extend overall machine maintenance cycle.
It fully protects downstream refrigerated dryers, adsorption dryers, precision pneumatic valves and industrial spraying equipment, lower breakdown frequency and maintenance cost of air post-processing purification system.
