Multi-gradient high-density glass fiber media with large oil mist storage capacity, anti-saturation under medium-heavy continuous loads, stably controls residual oil outlet ≤3 ppm through full service cycle.

Uniform deep-pleated low-resistance cylindrical body with mild differential pressure rise during long-term operation, effectively reduces power consumption of 55–75kW main unit.

Double-layer fully perforated galvanized anti-static inner & outer support cages, corrosion and pressure surge resistant. Eliminates static ignition hazards in high-flow oil mist environment; filter media will not deform or collapse under continuous full-load running.

High & low temperature resistant nitrile gasket delivers reliable sealing under frequent start-stop and temperature fluctuation, preventing oil bypass and excessive oil carry-over failure.

Product Description

It adopts high-efficiency gradient glass fiber coalescing separation technology to capture micron-scale lubricant aerosol mixed in compressed air. Separated lubricant flows back to compressor main unit via central bottom oil return tube for circulation, drastically cutting lubricating oil consumption and extending overall machine maintenance interval.

It provides full protection for downstream refrigerated dryers, adsorption dryers, heavy-duty precision pneumatic valves and laser cutting equipment, lowering breakdown rate and maintenance cost of air post-processing purification system.
