Product Features

Multi-gradient high-density borosilicate glass fiber media with large oil mist storage capacity, resisting oil saturation under long-term medium-heavy continuous load and maintaining stable separation efficiency throughout full service cycle.

Uniform deep-pleated low-resistance cylindrical structure with ultra-low initial pressure drop; differential pressure rises slowly during full-cycle operation to effectively reduce power consumption of ELGI medium-power screw compressors.

Double-layer fully perforated galvanized anti-static inner & outer support cages, corrosion and pressure-fluctuation resistant; filter media will not collapse under long full-load running. Anti-static design eliminates static ignition risks in oil mist environment.

Standard 212mm flat steel flange with consistent mounting holes matching original ELGI oil separator tank. High-temperature composite gasket provides stable sealing under drastic day-night temperature changes, preventing oil bypass and over-limit residual oil in compressed air.

Product Description

It adopts high-efficiency gradient glass fiber coalescing technology to capture micron-scale lubricant aerosol mixed in compressed air, limiting outlet residual oil content below 3 ppm. Separated lubricant flows back to the compressor main unit via central scavenge tube for recycling, greatly lowering lube oil consumption.It provides comprehensive protection for downstream refrigerated dryers, adsorption dryers, precision pneumatic components and long-distance air pipelines, extending maintenance interval and overall service life of the entire compressor set and supporting post-processing purification equipment.
