Oil Filters

It is constructed with high-efficiency filtration media  to remove abrasive particles, carbon residues, and impurities from the compressor lubricating oil, ensuring the reliability and longevity of the lubrication system.

Function / Features:

Contaminant Removal:​ Filters out solid particles, sludge, and impurities  to prevent wear on the rotor bearings, gears, and airend.

System Protection:​ Maintains oil cleanliness to ensure optimal cooling, sealing, and lubrication within the compressor block, helping to control discharge temperatures and extend the life of the lubricant.

Durability:​ Designed to withstand working pressures of 1.4–2.5 MPa (max 25 bar) and operating temperatures up to 100°C–120°C.

Low Pressure Drop:​ Initial pressure differential is less than 0.02 MPa–0.03 MPa.

Service Life:​ Typically rated for a service life of approximately 2,000 to 3,000 operating hours​ depending on ambient conditions and oil quality.
