Working Principle

Loading state: Control air signal pushes internal actuator, valve disc opens, fresh air flows into compressor air‑end, unit runs under loaded condition.

Unloading state: Control air exhausts, spring pushes valve disc to close air inlet; meanwhile built‑in blow‑off port releases internal pressure, compressor switches to no‑load running.

Shutdown state: Check‑valve keeps closed position to prevent oil‑gas back‑flow.
