Working Principle

Loading state: Control air pushes internal mechanism, valve disc opens, fresh air enters compressor air‑end, unit runs under loaded condition.

Unloading state: Control air exhausts, spring pushes valve disc to close air inlet, meanwhile built‑in blow‑off port releases pressure, compressor switches to no‑load running.

When shutdown: Valve keeps closed position to avoid reverse air flow.
