Max working pressure：16bar；Working temperature：‑20℃ ~ +120℃

Function：At low oil temperature, bypass passage fully open, lubricating oil returns directly to air‑end without passing oil cooler for rapid warm‑up. As oil temperature rises, thermal element expands, gradually closes bypass and increases oil flow through cooler. Stabilize oil injection temperature, avoid condensed water and oil emulsification, prevent unit over‑temperature trip‑off.

Applications

Maintenance suggestion：Replace complete kit together with O‑rings; clean oil circuit before installation; check sealing for oil leakage after mounting; monitor exhaust temperature during startup.
