Function：At low oil temperature, bypass opens fully, lubricating oil returns directly to air‑end without passing oil cooler for rapid warming‑up. As oil temperature rises, thermal element expands, gradually closes bypass channel and increases oil flow through cooler. Keep stable oil injection temperature, avoid condensed water and oil emulsification, prevent high‑temperature trip‑off.
Applications
Maintenance suggestion：Replace the whole kit together with O‑rings; clean oil circuit before installation; check sealing for leakage after mounting; monitor exhaust temperature during startup.
