Applications

Controls air intake actuator to complete automatic load‑unload cycles, performs blow‑down venting during unloading and shutdown, releases residual pressure inside separator tank, avoids heavy‑load motor startup and protects compressor main unit.

Extended Application: On‑off and venting control for other industrial pneumatic equipment, air receivers and filter systems with non‑corrosive compressed‑air medium.

Working Principle

De‑energized state: Main valve keeps closed, air passage cut‑off.

Energized state: Electromagnetic force drives pilot diaphragm to open main valve port, air circuit turns on.

De‑energized: Spring resets diaphragm, valve closes, one control cycle finished.
