Working Principle

Residual large condensed water droplets and fine solid particles are blocked and drained by the outer blue hydrophobic drainage foam layer;

1μm oil & water micron aerosols collide, merge and form large separable liquid droplets while passing through multi-layer gradient borosilicate glass fiber media;

The outer anti-re-entrainment foam prevents coalesced liquid droplets from being re-carried into high-speed compressed airflow;

Separated oil and condensate flow down to the filter bowl and discharge automatically via auto drain valve;

Medium-clean dry compressed air flows downstream into the H ultrafine coalescer for further ultra-precision polishing treatment.
