Installed at the very front of the four-stage filtration system, this DP prefilter intercepts pipeline rust, welding slag, sand dust, bulk condensed free water and large liquid oil droplets before they reach GP, HE and AC filters. It greatly reduces particle and liquid load on subsequent fine filter cartridges, cutting overall factory spare parts and maintenance costs.

Thickened composite fiber + outer thick white foam double interception structure, massive dust storage space and liquid drainage capacity. Even in humid, dusty environments, it avoids rapid pressure differential increase and frequent early replacement.
Stable media structure, no fiber shedding secondary pollution
Composite fiber with heat-set solidification treatment, matched with double-layer stainless steel support mesh; fiber powder will not fall off into pipelines, protecting downstream pneumatic valves, spray guns and precision equipment from blockage.

Optimized pleat spacing and uniform pore distribution minimize airflow resistance at startup. Stable low backpressure reduces continuous energy loss of medium screw compressors, lowering long-term electricity operating expenses.
Working Principle
gravity drains most free water down to the filter bowl;
Remaining fine dust and micro water droplets are intercepted by multi-layer deep-pleated composite fiber media;
Preliminary cleaned air flows downstream into the GP medium coalescing filter for secondary oil-water separation;
Accumulated condensate in filter bowl is automatically discharged via electronic/automatic drain valve.
