Silicone-free high-performance coalescing media
No silicone additives in filter media and sealing components, completely eliminate silicone contamination that causes paint craters and surface defects. Specially customized for automotive, furniture and cosmetic spraying workshops. The three-dimensional gradient glass fiber captures suspended water mist and trace oil aerosols; condensed liquid drains downward by gravity to avoid secondary mist re-entrainment, with ultra-large oil holding capacity for extended service life.
All stainless steel reinforced anti-deformation structure
Double-sided stainless steel support mesh firmly locks filter media, prevents media collapse and airflow bypass under long-term high-pressure airflow. All metal parts adopt anti-rust treatment, stable performance in humid industrial compressed air pipelines.
