Working Principle
Raw compressed air enters outer polyester drainage fleece layer; large water and oil droplets are intercepted and flow downwards to drain port by gravity.
Remaining 3μm oil mist and fine dust penetrate multi-layer gradient glass fiber media; tiny liquid particles collide, aggregate and coalesce into continuous liquid film that flows back down to drain.
Processed compressed air with residual liquid oil ≤0.6 ppm flows downstream to HEF1200SU for 0.01 μm ultra-fine polishing filtration.
The element cannot be cleaned or regenerated on-site. Once saturated with oil sludge and dust, differential pressure surges and separation efficiency fails, requiring full cartridge replacement.
