Coalescing Working Principle
Pre-cleaned compressed air from 39241192 medium coalescer enters outer polyester drainage fleece layer; large water and oil droplets separate and flow downwards to housing drain port by gravity.
Remaining 0.01 μm submicron liquid oil mist penetrates multi-layer gradient micro-glass fiber media; tiny oil particles collide, aggregate and coalesce into continuous liquid oil films on fiber surfaces.
The element cannot be cleaned or regenerated on-site. Once saturated with oil sludge and fine dust, differential pressure surges and separation efficiency fails, requiring complete cartridge replacement.
