Key Product Advantages
Deep removal of invisible submicron oil mist for ultra-clean compressed air
After primary dust filtration, this element intercepts micro oil mist and condensed water aerosol that cannot be trapped by particulate filters. Aggregated liquid droplets drain to the filter bowl, lowering outlet residual oil to 0.01ppm to meet medium-to-high cleanliness production standards.
Optimized pleated structure with low airflow resistance to save compressor power
Large-area gradient glass fiber media forms smooth flow channels, maintaining stable low pressure drop under 24-hour full-load continuous operation and reducing long-term energy consumption of air compressors.
Large liquid holding capacity extends maintenance cycle
Thick hydrophobic glass fiber matrix stores massive condensed oil and water, resisting rapid saturation under high-humidity workshop conditions and reducing frequent replacement costs.
Oil-hydrolysis resistant composite construction prevents secondary pipeline pollution
Oil-repellent, hydrolysis-treated glass fiber paired with stainless steel support mesh resists corrosion from compressor lubricant and condensed water, avoiding fiber shedding that contaminates downstream valves and instruments.
Working Principle
Pre-cleaned compressed air from ELS1300 flows from outside to inside through multi-layer hydrophobic borosilicate glass fiber media. Tiny oil and water aerosols collide, aggregate into large liquid droplets, and flow down the fiber surface to the filter drain port by gravity. Dry, low-oil compressed air is delivered to the subsequent activated carbon filter for terminal purification.
