Working Principle

Polluted compressed air first passes through the outer protective mesh and non-woven fabric buffer layer, then enters multi-gradient borosilicate glass fiber media. All solid particles above 1μm are trapped and stored inside the fiber matrix. Pre-cleaned air flows to the subsequent coalescing filter for liquid oil & water removal before delivery to production equipment.
