Adsorption Working Principle

Trace gaseous oil vapor, hydrocarbon molecules and odor compounds are captured via physical adsorption on the microporous surface of activated carbon granules.

Purified oil-vapor-free compressed air (total residual oil ≤0.003 ppm) passes through the inner microfiber barrier and flows out to terminal production equipment.

After long-term service, carbon micropores become fully saturated with oil vapors; adsorption efficiency drops sharply and differential pressure rises. The cartridge cannot be regenerated on-site and requires complete replacement.
