High-performance hydrophobic glass fiber coalescing media
Three-dimensional deep-pleated microfiber with dual water-oil repellent coating efficiently captures bulk condensed water, medium oil mist and 1μm solid impurities from raw compressed air. Separated liquid drains down through outer foam sleeve by gravity to avoid secondary aerosol re-entrainment, effectively reducing contamination load for downstream AA high-efficiency filter and ACS activated carbon filter, extending their service life significantly.
Reinforced anti-deformation protective structure
Dual inner & outer galvanized steel mesh fully wraps filter media, preventing media collapse and airflow bypass under long-term stable compressed air flow. Buckle-type plastic end caps realize tool-free quick disassembly, maintaining stable sealing performance under fluctuating industrial temperature and pressure.
Low stable pressure drop energy-saving design
Optimized uniform pleating layout maximizes effective filtration area, keeps minimal airflow resistance throughout the whole service cycle, cuts extra power consumption of air compressors and lowers factory long-term electricity operation costs.
